Preparation

Per litre:

4 g Glucose
4 g Yeast Extract
10 g Malt Extract
CaCo₃
12 g Agar
1 L dH₂O

Instructions

Dissolve constituents in 1L dH₂O
Adjust pH to 7.2
Add agar

Uses

Notes

CaCo₃ is only needed for solid media, don't add to liquid
