Preparation

Per litre:

  • 4 g Glucose
  • 4 g Yeast Extract
  • 10 g Malt Extract
  • 2 g CaCO3
  • 12 g Agar
  • 1 L dH2O

Instructions

  1. Dissolve constituents in 1L dH2O
  2. Adjust pH to 7.2
  3. Add agar

Uses

Notes

  • CaCO3 is only needed for solid media, don't add to liquid
