ISP 5

Preparation

  • 1 g L-asparagine (anhydrous)
  • 10 g Glycerol
  • 1 g K2HPO4
  • 1 L dH2O
  • 1 mL Trace salts solution
    • 0.1 g FeSO4 x 7H2O
    • 0.1 g MnCl2 x 4H2O
    • 0.1 g ZnSO4 x 7H2O
    • 100 mL dH2O
  • 20 g Agar

Instructions

  1. Dissolve constituents in 1 L dH2O
  2. Adjust pH to between 7 and 7.4
  3. Sterilise by autoclaving
