Preparation
- 1 g L-asparagine (anhydrous)
- 10 g Glycerol
- 1 g K2HPO4
- 1 L dH2O
- 1 mL Trace salts solution
- 0.1 g FeSO4 x 7H2O
- 0.1 g MnCl2 x 4H2O
- 0.1 g ZnSO4 x 7H2O
- 100 mL dH2O
- 20 g Agar
Instructions
- Dissolve constituents in 1 L dH2O
- Adjust pH to between 7 and 7.4
- Sterilise by autoclaving

- Morphological identification
- Screening for antibiotic production
