Use
This integration vector allows for conjugal transfer of DNA into the φBT1 phage attachment site of Streptomyces genomes from E. coli. This vector is derived from the pSET152 backbone. It contains the oriT from Streptomyces as well as the hygromycin resistance cassette.
This vector can be manipulated to contain genes of interest for the expression of homologous proteins, photoproteins, natural products etc.
Features
- Hygromycin resistance cassette
- φBT1 integration site & integrase
