Preparation
- 36 g Bacto-Peptone Iron Agar (Difco)
- 15 g Bacto-Peptone
- 5 g Proteose-peptone
- 0.5 g Ferric ammonium citrate
- 1g K22HPO4
- 0.08 g Sodium thiosulfate
- 15 g Bacto agar
- 1 g Bacto-yeast extract
- 1 L dH2O
Instructions
- Dissolve constituents in 1 L dH2O
- Sterilise by autoclaving
