ISP6

Preparation

  • 36 g Bacto-Peptone Iron Agar (Difco)
    • 15 g Bacto-Peptone
    • 5 g Proteose-peptone
    • 0.5 g Ferric ammonium citrate
    • 1g K22HPO4
    • 0.08 g Sodium thiosulfate
    • 15 g Bacto agar
  • 1 g Bacto-yeast extract
  • 1 L dH2O

Instructions

  1. Dissolve constituents in 1 L dH2O
  2. Sterilise by autoclaving
