ISP 7

Preparation

  • 15 g Glycerol
  • 0.5 g L-tyrosine
  • 1 g L-asparagine
  • 0.5 g K2HPO4
  • 0.5 g MgSO4 x 7H2O
  • 0.5 g NaCl
  • 0.01 g FeSO<sub4 x 7H2O
  • 1 L dH2O
  • 20 g agar

Instructions

  1. Dissolve constituents in 1L dH2O
  2. Adjust pH to 7.2-7.4
  3. Sterilise by autoclaving


Uses

  • Cultivation of actinobacteria
