GYM
Preparation
Per litre:
- 4 g Glucose
- 4 g Yeast Extract
- 10 g Malt Extract
- 2 g CaCO3
- 12 g Agar
- 1 L dH2O
Instructions
- Dissolve constituents in 1L dH2O
- Adjust pH to 7.2
- Add agar
Uses
Notes
- CaCo3 is only needed for solid media, don't add to liquid
