Use

pIJ773 is a plasmid used during PCR targeting for mutagenesis experiments in actinomycetes. The plasmid is used as a template to amplify a disruption cassette by PCR, producing a 1382 bp fragment.

Features

  • Apramycin resistance (aac(3)IV)
  • oriT from RP4 plasmid (RK2)
  • Flippase recognition target (FRT) sites
