Preparation

Per litre:

  • 16 g Tryptone
  • 10 g Yeast Extract
  • 5 g NaCl
  • 1 L dH2O

Instructions

  1. Dissolve constituents in 1L dH2O
  2. Sterilise by autoclaving

Pre-germination of Streptomyces spores
