ABB13

ABB13 is a great medium for inducing antibiotic production and has also been used to improve transformation efficiency in actinomycetes.
ABB1 base medium contained the following components (g/L):
- 10g Bacto Soytone,
- 9g yeast extract,
- 10g soluble starch,
- 15g cerelose
- Add pH 7.0 filter sterilised MOPS buffer to a final concentration of 50 mM after autoclaving.
