Preparation
- 15 g Glycerol
- 0.5 g L-tyrosine
- 1 g L-asparagine
- 0.5 g K2HPO4
- 0.5 g MgSO4 x 7H2O
- 0.5 g NaCl
- 0.01 g FeSO<sub4 x 7H2O
- 1 L dH2O
- 20 g agar
Instructions
- Dissolve constituents in 1L dH2O
- Adjust pH to 7.2-7.4
- Sterilise by autoclaving
