SNA
Soft Nutrient Agar (SNA) is a modified version of DNA containing half the amount of agar. It is commonly used for overlays containing motile organisms
Preparation
Per Litre:
- 4g Difco Nutrient Broth Powder
- 5g Agar
- 1L dH2O
Instructions
- Add 0.8g of DNB powder into each 250ml conical flask
- Add 1g of Agar
- Add 200ml dH2O
- Autoclave
