Tryptic Soy Broth (TSB)
Preparation
Per litre:
- 17g Tryptone
- 3g Soy peptone
- 5g NaCl
- 2.5g dipotassium phosphate (K2HPO4)
- 2.5g glucose
- 1L with distilled water
Instructions
- Dissolve ingredients in water under gentle heat
- Autoclave
