Tryptic Soy Broth (TSB)

Preparation

Per litre:

  • 17g Tryptone
  • 3g Soy peptone
  • 5g NaCl
  • 2.5g dipotassium phosphate (K2HPO4)
  • 2.5g glucose
  • 1L with distilled water

Instructions

  1. Dissolve ingredients in water under gentle heat
  2. Autoclave
